I've spent my life holding space for transformation — in others and in myself. Through my own healing, I discovered something that changed everything: we don't need to be saved. We need to be reminded.

Reminded of the God spark that lives in every one of us. The divinity that doesn't need to be earned, performed, or proven — only remembered.

When Lauren and I came together to create Kí, we shared the same knowing: the world doesn't need another product. It needs a container. A place where people feel safe enough to dissolve, held enough to transform, and seen enough to emerge as who they've always been.

Is this too "woo-woo" for me?

Kí is spiritual without being performative. There are no angel numbers, no manifesting hacks, no bypassing. Just grounded, embodied practice that meets you where you are. If you're drawn to depth but allergic to fluff, you're in the right place.

How long are the audio journeys?

The audio is designed to be a full ceremony, but life happens. You can pause and return. You can do it in the designated sections. There's no wrong way to come home to yourself.

Is this a religious practice?

No. Kí is spiritual but not religious. It honors the sacred without prescribing belief. Whether you pray, meditate, or simply seek stillness — the practice adapts to you. All are welcome here.

Can I cancel anytime?
